Gurvin’s Contemporary Artisan Gallery makes every effort to ensure that prices, product information, and stock listed on our website & in store are current and accurate. However, it is possible for misprints, inaccuracies, omissions, or other errors to occur. Gurvin’s Contemporary Artisan Gallery reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission at any time without prior notice or liability; change the products and services advertised for sale on the website or in store marketing without any notice or liability; and correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason. As soon as a mistake is noticed we'll correct it and will notify customers who are affected.

 

We reserve the right not to accept orders with prices or product descriptions based upon typographical or input errors. We will inform you if, for any reason, we are unable to complete your order.

-When will my order ship?

Some pieces are made to order by the artist, while other pieces are created ahead of time. Therefore, ship times for each piece will vary. You will receive an email with that information after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email that includes the shipping company and the tracking information.

Exchange and Return Policy

 

We want you to LOVE your piece of jewellery. If you have received something that is not your taste, please feel free to come in and choose something else. We are sure that we will be able to help you.

 

There is a 14 day time period for exchanges, as stated on our receipts. However, exchanges outside of that time period may be possible on a case by case basis.

 

Unfortunately we do not do refunds, but there are a few good alternatives:

 

1) You can choose another piece of jewellery for the same or higher value.

 

2)You can turn your unwanted item into a gift card that can be used at a later date.

 

3) You can use that money to commission a custom made piece

 

4) You can use the money to have some of your own jewellery repaired or altered.

 

5) Custom designed pieces, or pieces that have been specially commissioned cannot be returned or refunded.

If your jewellery has become damaged, or deteriorated over time with normal wear, the repair may be subject to normal repair charges.

Ring sizing will be done free of charge immediately after purchase or first wearing.

Ring sizing due to weight gain or loss, body changes or switching fingers will be subject to normal alteration charges.

If small stones are lost within the first 6 months, they will be replaced free of charge. Losing small stones after 6 months may be subject to normal replacement charges.

Any piece that has been worn and requires refinishing will be subject to a refinishing fee. If your purchase requires repair due to a defect in materials or fabrication, it will be done free of charge. Pieces of jewellery from our store that have deteriorated over time with normal wear may be subject to normal repair charges.

 

 

Do you ever share email addresses?

Absolutely not. We will never share your email address with anyone. Furthermore, we will only send marketing emails to customers who have opted to receive them.

Searching for the perfect gift can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when there are so many choices! Not to worry,

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and they do not expire. They can be used to purchase any ready made piece of jewellery or to have acustom piece of jewellery made. They can be used for our repair and alterations services too!
